What can I expect from my first session?

Attire: Men please bring loose shorts or a bathing suit to your session. Women, please bring a sports bra, bathing suit top, or loose tank top.

Please do not use any lotions or oils on the day of your appointment. Your skin needs to be clean and dry for this technique.

Evaluation and treatment: Your first session will include the evaluation and treatment. A discussion of your current condition, your health history, current, and previous injuries or trauma. The evaluation will include a whole-body assessment of your mobility and posture, areas of pain, tenderness, and restrictions. Treatment will include a myofascial release therapy session and home stretches as warranted.

2 Hour Myofascial Release $220

1 Hour Pediatric (0-12yrs) $80

Women’s/Mens’s Health (Pelvic Floor) $155

Payment can be paid at the time of your visit. Gift Certificates available upon request. HSA/FSA accepted if approved by your plan.
